This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms under which you ("User") may access and use the design components ("Components") provided by UIPantry ("Provider"). UIPantry is a product of the component marketplace, which holds all rights to the licensing, ownership, and distribution of these Components. By copying, accessing, or using the Components, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

UIPantry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and integrate the Components into your personal and commercial projects ("End Products").

2. Permitted Uses

1. Personal and Commercial Projects: You may use the Components in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.
2. Modification: You may modify, edit, or adapt the Components to suit your specific design or project needs.
3. Distribution of End Products: You may distribute, license, or sell End Products that include the Components, provided that the Components themselves are not the primary value of the End Product.

3. Prohibited Uses

1. Resale or Sub-Licensing of Components: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Components — whether in original or modified form — as standalone design assets.
2. Inclusion in Stock or Template Platforms: The Components may not be uploaded or distributed through any online or offline archive, design library, stock, or template marketplace.
3. Trademark or Brand Use: The Components may not be used, in whole or in part, as a trademark, logo, or part of a brand identity without explicit written permission from Figma Crate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Components remain the exclusive property of UIPantry. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited license explicitly granted herein.

5. Termination

UIPantry reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Components if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Components and delete or destroy any copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Components are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. UIPantry makes no guarantees that the Components will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UIPantry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Components, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
